As Founder and CEO of Shopping Cart Elite, Igor Soshkin is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, planning and implementation. Igor Soshkin has led Shopping Cart Elite through 8 years of research, 3 years of development and finally releasing Shopping Cart Elite in 2009. Igor is also the founder of GRO Project, with GRO Project he is responsible of leading the program into a proactive and profitable state for the whole community. Prior to that, Igor held the role as CMO at MimoUSA.

Igor has gained a reputation for his deep industry knowledge of collaboration, knowledge management and marketing, and he is frequently admired for his dedication to the whole community.

Nick Soshkin, co-founder and CIO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of the Shopping Cart Elite software. Along with Igor, Nick founded Shopping Cart Elite in 2006 and has helped build the company from two people to over three hundred. Nick is also the co-founder of MimoUSA where he held the role as CTO.

Prior to that, Nick has worked as a technology architect in several government agencies and central banks.

Omar Francisco, CTO, is responsible for the design and technical implementation for several layers of the Shopping Cart Elite core components. Omar maintains the consistency of the daily development and production of the SCE software. Omar’s experience in system architecture for financial institutions gave the opportunity for Shopping Cart Elite to become one of the most secure desktop to web applications available in the eCommerce industry.

Inga Mikadze, COO is responsible for the daily operations of the development team. Inga joined Shopping Cart Elite in the seed stages when the company was just planning on the business specification. Inga stood side by side with Nick and Omar during the 3 year development prior to SCE going live in 2009.

Prior to joining SCE, Inga worked as a project manager in a technology firm managing several developers on her team

Yana Rudenko, CCO, is responsible for overseeing the development and consistency of the company’s visual brand identity. Yana is also responsible for the research and development of new designs and optimization in relation to user behavior in eCommerce. Yana had her work featured in mass media including New Web Picks Magazine, Artzmania Magazine, TrendHunter Magazine and NOTCOT.

Prior to joining Shopping Cart Elite, Yana was the consultant art director in many companies such as Sony, IDEO, Kikkerland, Mary Claire Magazine, Sci-Fi and many more. Yana is also the founder of Ravenconcepts, a design consulting agency and IHeartPrint.com a graphic printing solutions.

Stanley Katovich, CNO, is responsible for the IT management of the entire hardware infrastructure. Stanley manages the SCE Data Servers at the data center to make sure they are operating securely and at optimal performance.

Prior to joining SCE, Stanley co-founded Qwertyc an IT management company, and worked as a CNO during his daily operations.
