Customer Relations Management
- Emails - You can email in and out directly from the Shopping Cart Elite software. This is great to help keep all of your business and order correspondence organized and recorded. Our Email features has canned messages which are stored professional messages that can be sent to your customers with one click of a button. Feedback evaluation is also available, it can send out automated emails to receive customer feedback.
- eCommerce Interaction - This may seem like a usual problem, a Retailer takes an online order for one of your products - then asks you for a tracking number several days later for the shipment to the customer. You, however, have to tell the Retailer that you're back-ordered on that item - and had to cancel the order that the Retailer already put through, because your technology didn't support proper inventory and communication with the retailer. Shopping Cart Elite will however solve this problem by allowing the retailers view your inventory, status of their order and place orders right through your website.
- eCommerce Inventory -- Retailer has to work harder to sell manufacturers products due to poor inventory communication. They have to call in for double-checks on your inventory so he's not selling items you don't have. SCE will allow your inventory to be displayed to your customer and even send them a recurring automated email with your inventory as they demand it.
- Backoffice - Everything from tracking correspondence, setting up discount levels, affiliate commission, financial history, login history, etc. can be viewed and updated from the SCE back office.
- Return Merchandise Authorization - Our return merchandise authorization system will keep tracking of all returns from initial request through crediting the customer and getting a credit memo from the warehouse.
