2) The customer signs up for one year subscription, and then calls to upgrade in the 3rd month. You will be able to upgrade customer subscription in the middle of a commitment cycle.
3) The customer signs up for one year, and then calls on the 4th month and wants to upgrade. But he also wants to get a PRORATED monthly fee for months 2 and 3 with the new upgrade. Using the prorate feature (that is also used by companies like AT&T and Verizon; you will be able to re-calculate a new rate against previous monthly bills and re-bill the client accordingly.
