Workflow Rules: Using the workflow rules, you can instruct the data mapper to insert, replace, move, delete, merge, split, allow and copy any data. The rules also support the ACES database validation, which allows you to parse known vehicle application data into ACES-related fields. (New databases can be formed if required by other industries.) The workflow rules also support a scripting language, "Regular Expressions," which allows you to make advanced formulas to parse out the incoming database. (For example, if you have data that ranges in a similar pattern, 2.2L, 2.1L, 2.5L, etc., using the regular expression you can specify that anything that has a "#.#L" should be moved to another column).

Image Finder: Entering data is only one of many functions that the data mapper can perform. Finding the images for all the different products and part numbers is a major separate project. The image finder solves this problem by using various image databases from different search engines to find the best matching, highest quality images and then automatically match them with the appropriate part number.
