GRO PROJECT FAQ

Introduction

GRO Project is a solution for individuals who want to start a profitable online business but require help with startup funding and/or learning on how to DO IT YOURSELF. GRO Project will offer each member a complete functional website with products pre-loaded on the Shopping Cart Elite Platform.

All products will be purchased by the GRO Project owner directly from the manufacture or distributor. GRO Project does not get involved in the daily operations of the website. Once the product is sold from a website, it would be drop shipped directly from the vendor to the end consumer ( drop shipped).

GRO Project Revenue

GRO Project is a free service. The way GRO Project earns revenue is by taking a fixed 10% from every final sale that is processed on the website. GRO Project also places a minimum amount of Google Adsense (for price comparison) on each website and keeps 100% of the revenue. Adsense revenue generally pays for the Shopping Cart Elite software license and hosting.

GRO Project keeps 10% because the revenue from each website has been divided between GRO Project and the Mentor (reseller). The Mentor will have a sole responsibility of educating and guiding the Owner of the GRO Project to a have successful and profitable website. The 10% will not hurt the owner’s revenue because each website will be loaded with products that will have at least a 20% net profit.

Mentor of GRO Project

GRO Project pays the Mentor 4% of the 10% revenue from every final sale. The ownership of each GRO Project also splits between Mentor (40%), Owner (30%) and GRO Project (30%).

The owner will have a fully functionally website on Shopping Cart Elite with the Mentor by their side to guide the owner through a profitable and educational learning experience.

FAQ for OWNER

Q. What is the ultimate goal for the Owner?

A. The Owner will have to coordinate with the Mentor to make sure the website is successful and makes enough sales to meet the quarterly quota. GRO Project is a free service; this means the website must make money or it will not be profitable for anyone. Once the GRO Project website is successful, the owner can move on to another GRO Project website while keeping the profits from the previous website. The more websites the owner will operate through GRO Project, the more net profits the owner will earn.

Q. Can you sell the GRO Project website?

A. GRO Project will be treated on 3:3 vote basis, GRO Project (1 vote), Reseller (1 vote) and Owner (1 vote). If a website is to be sold all 3 votes must be submitted in favor. Upon the sale of the website, the dollar amount will be divided between the 3 parties according to the percent of ownership. (After the sale of the website, it shall be transferred to the Shopping Cart Elite platform with the new owner having 100% equity)

Q. Can the Owner be suspended from the GRO Project?

A. If the Owner does not meet any conditions according to the GRO Project Contract, the Owner will be issued two warnings in a period of 3 weeks. If there will be no sign of improvement within 3 weeks, it will take 2 votes to have the Owner suspended from the GRO Project.

Q. How is the SEO process automated?

A. On page optimization will be fully integrated with white hat techniques. Link exchanges will be automated except for submission and approval. The owner will have to write unique descriptions for each product and use the data mapper to add new products. Shopping Cart Elite has a script called content optimization that checks the content to make sure it is optimized.

Q. Why would I go with GRO Project versus starting a new website on Shopping Cart Elite?

A. As an Owner you must balance out what is more important. The main benefit the owner receives by going with GRO Project is the hosting and license fee on Shopping Cart Elite is waived, a Mentor is assigned to teach the owner all the basics about Search Engine Marketing and the Mentor will guide the owner step by step to a successful website.

Q. Can I add my own products to GRO Project?

A. The owner will have the ability to add products from the vendors that the GRO Project is assigned to. If a product is not available with the original vendor, an option to purchase the product with a secondary vendor is available. If a secondary vendor has a product relating to the GRO Project website and the original vendor is unable to get this product, through the approval of GRO Project the secondary product can be added to the website and purchased through the secondary vendor.

GRO Project also has a program where the owner can switch their existing business and vendors to GRO Project business model (You must contact GRO Project associates directly).

FAQ for MENTOR

Q. What is the ultimate goal for the Mentor?

A. The Mentor will act as Chief Marketing Officer of the website. Mentors ultimate goal is to educate one Owner at a time and make sure they succeed. Once they succeed the Mentor will concentrate on the next owner while earning the profits from the previous owner.

Q. How many sites can a Mentor resell and how much dedicated time is needed?

A. A Mentor does not have a limit of how many sites can be sold, as long as each owner is satisfied with the Mentor. The Mentor would spend about 1-2 hours per day in the first week with a site Owner. These tasks would transfer into 30 minutes per day after a few weeks.

The idea behind this is to get the Owner participating in the program to do more than one GRO Project. In 3 months the Mentor can have only 20 owners, but each Owner will run 5 websites. (Math: 10 owners x 5 websites = 50 websites with average monthly gross income of $10,000 = $500,000/mo, 4% from that would be $20,000 per month commission.

Q. How will the Mentor monitor each Owner?

A. The Mentor will have a full activity report for each Owner and each website (sales, visitors, etc.).

Q. As a Mentor, can I only earn revenue with the 4% commission?

A. As a Mentor the GRO Project may be sold through third party leads with an additional mark up for the setup cost. The Mentor is also allowed to charge an initial design fee as well as ongoing design charges.

Q. How will GRO Project protect the Mentor from having the Owner switch to another Mentor or GRO Project directly?

A. GRO Project will not accept new clients directly. All leads will be sent to various Mentors. Once an Owner is locked in with a single Mentor that Owner will not be able to switch unless they have 5 GRO Project with that particular Mentor.

Q. As a Mentor if I want to participate in GRO Project, how much percent will GRO Project keep?

A. GRO Project will keep 8%.

Q. How is the payment paid out to the Mentor?

A. Every GRO Project will be setup on a merchant account provided by Shopping Cart Elite. Whenever a sale will process, the GRO Project fee will automatically deduct from every transaction. These fees will be collected and paid out every month via check on a 1099 form.

Q. Can the Mentor be voted off from GRO Project?

A. If the mentor does not meet certain conditions according to the Mentor GRO Project Contract. The mentor will be issued one warning in a period of 2 weeks. If there will be no sign of improvement, it will take 2 votes to suspend the Mentor from the GRO Project.

Q. How can I become a reseller?

A. Requirements to become a Mentor include basic knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and basic knowledge of business management. Graphic Design is always a plus. The Mentor is required to act as a professor to the Owner for filling the gap for advice, marketing tips, and design and business management. GRO Project Mentor Program is by invitation only.
