He will come to you, prepare his speech, prepare his an agenda to go over with you, speak from his heart, speak like you just paid him $1 million dollars, speak like it’s his own business. True consulting session, from his head to your head. Something that would actually cost tens of thousands of dollars.

You would be crazy not to do it, and of course you will say yes.

I personally asked this question to 100 different entrepreneurs, and I showed them the way to do it. That’s right, right now Donald Trump can come at your convenience, and consult you for $4.00 per hour. Out of 100 entrepreneurs only 10 took advantage of that opportunity.

Think about this for one more second, I am not kidding about him coming to you for $4.00 per hour, it is possible, no catch. Keep one thing in mind that when I show you the way to do it, you will say OH I knew that, that’s no secret, this common sense, and your BS filter is going to go up in the air, and you will think that I tricked you, and you’ll take the last thing that I said, and ignore it.

You will end up being those 90 people that did nothing about it.

So I am going to ask one more time, what are you going to do about the fact that Donald Trump can come to you tomorrow, and truly help you.

So here is a way to do it, you go to Amazon, you type in Donald Trump, and you will have access to a dozen of his business development books, many got 4-5 star reviews, many reviews are from entrepreneurs like yourself who tell you first hand that it helped them.

He spent years experiencing and refining his strategies, he organized his ideas, spent months writing them down, months editing them, months revising them, published them, advertised them, and what do you do about, nothing. True consulting from a true successful executive for $4.00 per hour. An astonishing majority of business owners do not take advantage of that.

Easy right? It’s Easy to Do it, BUT… Its also easier not to do it.

Easy to go to Amazon right now and buy the book, its easier not to do it.

Easy to go actually buy the book, and read it, but its easier buy it and not read it.

And most people including yourself always take the easier path of not doing things that you should.

And that’s your problem that’s why you are not growing your business because you’re taking the easier route, the shortcuts.

I am not saying you are not working hard, you’re just not working hard at the right stuff.

I used Donald Trump as an example because everyone knows him. However, many of the Fortune 500 executives have books about their strategies on how to build your company, and this is not just some random advice. The advice are universal strategies that can be applied to any business. For example, a book called Traction, is a DO IT YOURSELF CONSULTING book that gives you specific formulas and spreadsheets and strategies and workbooks to organize your business.

You even agreed yourself, Donald Trump can help. Well why not hire him for 4 hours for $4 dollars per hour and try it out. What do you have to lose?

It’s 2013, there is more information available now than ever in history. Go to Amazon, you can get a physical book, a digital e-book, an audiobook. You don’t even have to read, just listen. You don’t even have to set time to listen, you can listen to a 200 page, 3 hour book, in 1 hour on the ride to work by listening to it in an audio version that is sped up by 3 times.

Most people rather waste their time listening to pointless blabber on the radio, filled with non-sense lyrics and advertisements. However, that one hour ride, could also transform your life and your business. How many hours do you waste on transportation, or taking a walk or taking a ride or whatever you do on your leisure time? Wasted on non-sense.

Now for entrepreneurs who spend 14 hour days working, here is what I have to say about that. You are so busy with your daily grind that you forget to consider the fact that there is life beyond your daily grind. 10 years ago we didn’t have these books from executives who can show us the way, 10 years ago we didn’t have audio books that can be played on iPhones at 3x the speed so you can finish one book per day. Right now it’s easier than ever to learn about scaling your business. There is no excuse to be stuck in your daily grind because you can eliminate your daily grind in 3 hours by reading the right book that teaches you how to eliminate it.

So going back to my question, what are you going to do about it? Now it’s easy to get hyped and say OH YE I am going to do it because this is easy. But we both know that by tomorrow, you will be overtaken by your daily grind again and nothing will change.

In order for you to change, you need to WANT to get this knowledge, you need to WANT to do this, you need to understand that you will never progress in your business unless you know these missing pieces of knowledge. Only then can you start moving forward towards change.

So to change you, you need to change your philosophy. You need to change how you think, and how you look at things and you need to see clarity in your life and in your business. You’re not supposed to dread wanting to listen to a new book, you’re not supposed even think about should you read or shouldn't, you must be in a state of mind that you can’t wait until the time comes that you can listen to more and more and more knowledge. You need to want to read the book like its food for your brain and you are starving.

Your daily grind is a disease, it’s not a way of life, it’s not helping your business, it’s not helping you, it’s stalling you, it’s stalling your business, and it’s ruining your relationships with your family, your friends and everything about you. It’s your own little sad bubble that you will never escape until you understand you are inside that bubble.

Your daily grind exists because you don’t know how to fix it, and reading or listening to these books will teach you and it will help you eliminate your daily grind.

So for you to start listening to these books you have to change your philosophy to understand why you do things you do and why you do things you don’t do, and control your own behavior.

Let me put it to you this way, there are two companies, your company and your competitor. You both are heading north. Your competitor’s next action step is the daily grind, which is repetitive, boring, senseless work that needs to be done part time, not full time or overtime, daily grind means you are the horse with no rider, you are the vehicle without a driver. Your competitor is essentially a bunch of senseless horses without riders, and they are running so hard towards an imaginary finish-line that one day they will get exhausted fall face flat and not get up again.

You on the other hand will learn how to ride the horse, through small action steps by reading books and implementing the strategies you learn from them. If you take one hour every day to do it then in a year you will have finished dozens of books and you will have a whole new set of strategies to implement, while your competitor will be in the same daily grind they were a year ago.

Things change, economy changes, more competitors come to market, there is always something changing. When that change happen, your competitor will crash and burn in a different environment, but you will prosper because once you will have enough knowledge that will make surrounding environment irrelevant.

During Financial crisis, someone makes a lot of money on it, and someone goes bankrupt. Money never disappears, it simply changes hands, and you won’t be welcomed to the winner’s party unless you know what your competitor does not.

For every day you wait, there is someone, somewhere that is working on their business, and they will beat you if you do nothing.

So I will ask you a question, that you can answer yourself. What are going to do now? Are you going to work IN your company, or are you going to work ON your company? Are you going to continue on your daily grind, or are you work to eliminate it?
