Help Desk Web User Interface Tutorial
Description: In this tutorial you will learn how to create a ticket from the Web User Interface.

Go to "My Account" and switch to the "Help Desk" tab.
Select the project and click "Search".
Click on "Create a new ticket".
In popup window type the subject and message regarding your ticket.
Attach up to 3 files if needed.
Then click on "Create" to submit your ticket.
Scroll down to the Tickets section to overview your tickets.
If you need to leave a comment, then click on the ticket.
Type your comment and click "Post" to submit it.
