Order Approval process
Web Orders can be synced back to Microsoft Dynamics NAV as sales orders, providing an opportunity to Microsoft Dynamics NAV users for an order approval process, checking payment, stock and even customer validation. With Shopping Cart Elite, Business Owners can even choose which web orders will sync back to Microsoft Dynamics NAV through a dynamic mapping screen.


Payment method sync
Shopping Cart Elite will sync back payment method from Shopping Cart Elite to Microsoft Dynamics NAV in sales. In case of online payment, transaction ID will be synced back to Microsoft Dynamics NAV sales order along with payment mode (PayPal/Authorize.Net, etc.) providing an option to Microsoft Dynamics NAV users to charge the corresponding payment gateway website/provider.


Web order status update
Once delivery invoice or A/R invoice is generated in NAV, web users can instantly get the updated information and shipment tracking number on Shopping Cart Elite by viewing the web order status which will be changed from pending/processing to shipped/complete.


Order total calculation
Exact value mapping of tax and shipping charges are ensured for proper order total calculation while converting web orders into Microsoft Dynamics NAV sales orders.

On successful payment, the transaction ID will be returned and the order will get placed on Shopping Cart Elite. Also the invoice will be instantly generated in Ecommerce store. Shopping Cart Elite will download the sales order with invoice to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The sales order will be created in NAV with online payment transaction ID.

Shipping method and Shipment charges
Ecommerce shipping method and shipment charges will be fully mapped with Microsoft Dynamics NAV shipping method and freight, through Shopping Cart Elite.

Shipment tracking number
NAV Business One user can put the shipment tracking no. in NAV Delivery Note and it will be synced to Shopping Cart Elite.This tracking number is available in the storefront in the order details. Thus web customer can track his/her shipments using this tracking number.
