Uservoice integrated with Shopping Cart Elite

You need Uservoice to get feedbacks from your clients on how to improve your website, products or service. Uservoice is a user-generated voting system that can be integrated to your website for free.

We use it with Shopping Cart Elite and it creates a great experience for our customers to submit new features.

It can also be used for eCommerce by:

• Organizing Group buys This would work by creating a product and posting a discount on the Uservoice, than you would make an email marketing campaign and advise your customers to buy the product and apply a vote after they purchase. One the vote reaches 10, you will have it shipped.

• Voting which products should be added to your store next

• Voting on what prices should have a better price

• Voting on improvements on the website or customer service

• Voting on new features for the website that can be passed to Shopping Cart Elite
