Unprocess an Order

Description: Learn how to unprocess an unshipped Order to be able to change it and process again.

Unprocessing Order

Go to Orders then Search Order

Find the Order you want

Pick the Order and press Cancel / RMA > Unprocess

Note:

Order can be unprocessed only if its status is not Shipped.

Enter a reason and press OK

Processing Order

Open the Order by double-clicking on it or by pressing Details

Lets change Shipping Address

Calculate Shipping and choose a shipping method

Choose Charge Type > Multiple Payments

Pick the previously used charge and click Process

Save & Close the Order or continue doing Settlement Tasks
