Add your Store Mailbox into any Email Client

This tutorial shows how to set up an Email Client (e.g. in Outlook / Airmail / smartphone email app/etc.) for using email outside the Backoffice app.

Email Accounts

At first go to Settings > Email Accounts

You will see a list of Mailboxes you have in the Store

Highlight one Mailbox and on the bottom you will see information for using the Mailbox via IMAP

Click Show and you will see a Password for the Mailbox

Email Client

Once you checked your settings for the Mailbox, go to an Email Client you want to set up and put the info you have

What is IMAP

Wikipedia: The Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) is an Internet standard protocol used by e-mail clients to retrieve e-mail messages from a mail server over a TCP/IP connection

More simply: After connecting your Email Client with a Mailbox using the IMAP service, all changes will be synchronized between apps and devices.
