Description: Learn how to send Partial Refunds inside the Backoffice app.
Go to Customers > Search Customer
Find the customer account and open it
Go to Financial > Charges, select a date range for the Customer transaction and hit Refresh
Pick the transaction from the results list and hit Refund
Specify the Amount and Reason for the Refund and press OK
Hit Yes to process the Refund now
Warning! Please remember that PayPal doesnt recognize refunds from 3rd party applications, so you will have to process PayPal refunds manually on the official website.
