Cancel an Order

Cancelling Order

Go to Orders then Search Order

Find the Order you want

Pick the Order and press Cancel / RMA > Cancel


Note:

Order can be canceled only if its status is not Shipped. You can do an RMA with Refund if its Shipped (see tutorials Claim RMA and Process RMA).

Enter a Reason, pick Release Full Amount To Credit Card and press OK

Click OK to finish
