Customer account

Go to Customers>Search Customer

Find the customer account and open it

Customer Orders

Go to Orders and hit Search

Claim RMA

Split the Order, highlight an item and hit Cancel / RMA > Claim RMA

Enter Request type, Reason and hit OK
