Creating CRM Fields

Go to Settings > CRM

To create a new type for the groups, click "New"

Once type is selected, you can group the fields to the type.

To create, edit or remove a custom CRM field, click on the following buttons.

If you will select to create or edit a custom CRM field, there will appear popup window. In the left column you can enter field name, choose the data type and enter your data. In the right column (Group field) - you can select the defined group you want the custom CRM to belong to. On the bottom field - select the modules these custom CRM fields are part of. Once done - click "Save".

Using Custom CRM Fields For Registration

Go to Online store > Settings

Switch to Registration tab. Choose custom CRM fields for registration.

Using Custom CRM Fields For Suppliers

Go to Products > Suppliers

Custom tags for suppliers you can find on Search Result tab - Tags

Using Custom CRM Fields For Orders

Go to Orders > Search Orders

Switch to Order Search tab. Select dates and click search to find orders you need. After that click twice on the order.

In the popup window switch to the Notes tab - Tags. Custom CRM field defined in settings can be used on the order level.

Assigning & Using CRM Fields In Customers & Contacts

Switch to the Customer Details tab. In the left field select the type you want to show the fields for. On the right - there's CRM data field. On the bottom you can select Show All Fields to allow you to view or edit CRM fields.

Switch to the Contacts Tab on the left. In the left column select the type you want to show the CRM field for. On the right column - CRM data field. On the bottom you can select Show All Fields to allow you to view or edit CRM fields.

USING CRM FIELD DURING SHIPPING

Go to Orders > Shipping

Switch to Order Information tab - Notes - Tags. There you will find custom CRM field used during shipping out item.
